I’m so glad I found you! You really have your finger on the Web 2.0’s pulse and beyond.

Right before I read this post, guess what I was doing? I was greening my on-line presence. I can not believe my extensive presence on the web! I’ve signed onto to so many sites since 2002 that I am able to put them in categories! It has taken me all day to delete profiles and update others and I’m not finished yet.

Yes, a personal web manager is a perfect job in this social media age. However, first the first duty will be to data mine to determine where the company is and has gone on the web :-)

This is a good article. I believe that everyone in a company will be charged with marketing the company through social networks and in return, company’s will allow us to do some self-promotion (build our brands).

Good point. Maybe the best option is to certify my job-description by a bigger organization. The social media ‘industry’ creates so many buzzword a day that it becomes difficult to follow, including job-titles. I was glad to ’stumble upon’ your article and see that somebody is opening up a critical conversation … well-done.

Great article, yes this is the future. A human will have to fill this position since most communications should not be automated by an application.
